Austin: Elon Musk’s company Tesla recently recalled more than 27000 Tesla Cybertrucks due to a problem with rear-view camera images.

According to international media, according to the company, images from the rearview camera in some cyber trucks do not appear within 2 seconds of the vehicle going to reverse gear.

Those Cybertrucks are recalled only and manufactured between November 13th, 2023, and September 14th, 2024. The batch of vehicles recalled Thursday is the fifth batch of Tesla trucks to be recalled in the past 12 months.

In a report submitted to the US National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the company said that when a vehicle is in reverse gear, the image from the rearview camera appears with a delay of 8 seconds.

The company said in a report that this delay in image display functionality might cause a severe road accident and increase the risk of collision with other vehicles.
