Researchers are trying very hard to find a planet that is similar to our Earth. In recent research by scientists, they found a new planet named LHS 1140B.

Researchers found this planet through the data of NASA’s James Webb telescope and analyzed the atmosphere of this planet, and they found multiple oceans and a nitrogen-rich atmosphere that is much like Earth.

This planet is almost 48 light years away from Earth, and scientists say that this is our possible second mother planet.

The lead author, Charles Cadix, from the University De Montreal, says that this is the only known planet that has a lot of water, which means there is life on a planet other than Earth.
