Beirut: The US Embassy in Lebanon appeals to its citizens to immediately leave Lebanon with the very first available flight.

The US Embassy issues this warning after the Hezbollah attack on Israel, and in response, Israel may strongly respond to Hezbollah in Lebanon.

The US Embassy says that those citizens who want to stay in Lebanon should be ready for difficult days for a long time. The US Embassy further says that several airlines have already suspended and canceled flights to Lebanon, but commercial transport is still available.

On the other side, the UK has also requested that their citizens leave Lebanon immediately.
