Dubai has announced 2 future international standard state-of-the-art projects

ABU DHABI: The Government of Dubai has announced 2 future international standard state-of-the-art projects, one of which will be a floating bridge for pedestrians and the other will be a 24/7 open, beautiful beach.

According to media reports, these 2 projects will cost around 355 million dirhams and aim to redevelop Al Mamzer and Jumeirah beaches on a new line.

A press release issued by Dubai’s Special Committee on Urban Planning states that the projects will be completed in 18 months. The total area of their development is 5.7 km, with Al Mamzer at 4.3 km and Jumeirah 1 Central at 1.4 km.

These projects have been introduced under the direction of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates, to develop all the beaches of Dubai according to international standards. Work on these projects will be done under the supervision of Prince Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum and the Chairman of the Executive Council.

The committee said that the basic structure of these beaches will be changed to give them a new shape, and fundamental changes will be made to expand them. Additionally, these beaches will be included among the most modern and attractive beaches in the world.
