According to the report, the dark moon aka black moon will appear today, December 31, 2024, at 5:27 PM Eastern Time. People in the United States will see it on December 30, while people in Europe, Africa, and Asia will see it on December 31. In Pakistan and India, the black moon will be visible at 3:57 AM on December 31.

A new moon occurs when the sun and moon are aligned, and the bright side of the moon is facing away from the Earth, making it invisible. Because the moon orbits the Earth every 29.5 days, there are sometimes two new moons in a month, called a “black moon.” During a black moon, the moon cannot be seen until there is a solar eclipse.

Although the Black Moon itself is not visible, its effects will be visible in the night sky. This darkness helps us see stars, planets, and even distant galaxies more clearly.
