Scientists developed a new robot that can run at a speed of 8 miles per hour. This robot holds the world record for the world’s fastest robot.

The Chinese company “Robot Era” developed this robot, and in their promotional video, they setup a race between two 1 Star robots in the Gobi Desert of northwestern China.

They give a pair of shoes to 1 robot and 1 without shoes to find out if shoes will help boost their speed or not.

The results were amazing; they found that the robot with a pair of shoes performs well compared to the robot that doesn’t have shoes. The robot with the pair of shoes ran on grassland and gravel with the help of high-torque motors and artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms. Also, this robot jogged on a paved road and maintained his fast speed for 34 minutes continuously.
