US health officials have issued an emergency warning to all doctors to be alert for dengue cases as tropical diseases break international records. The WHO (World Health Organization) also declared an emergency for the dengue virus, and Dengue has become a threat in America.

Dengue viruses are transmitted to humans through the bite of infected mosquitoes. According to reports, more than 1,800 people in America have died from dengue this year. Dengue is not affecting only the US; Paraguay, Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, and some other countries surrounding the US are also affected by the dengue virus.

Most of the dengue patients are affected by those who come from other countries to the US, but officials warn that local mosquitoes are also getting stronger and that the dengue threat is growing. These local mosquitoes will be more dangerous for the US and in this way, Dengue has become a threat in America.

Although there is a vaccine for the dengue virus, it is not for everyone; it is only for people between the ages of 6 and 16 years old and only allowed where cases are in large numbers.

The main symptoms of dengue fever are headache, fever, flu, plasma leakage, respiratory distress, end-organ impairment, rashes, joint pain, and, in some severe cases, serious bleeding, shocks, and death.
